Shipping delivery time and cost

We ship to the United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom .

You can select either next business day delivery or three business day delivery for most destinations. We cannot ship to hostels, hotels or motels. Shipping to a home or work address is preferable.

Buy today to ensure delivery before you leave – don’t leave it until the last minute.

Shipping to the United States

Your package will be shipped to you by Fedex, UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS)
You must place your order by 4pm Boston US time between Monday to Friday for next day delivery.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.
Tracking is available unless specified. Delivery time may be quicker than specified, but not guaranteed.

Damaged, Lost or Incorrect Orders

Damaged in transit
If goods arrive in damaged condition, you must contact the shipping company immediately.

Lost or missing orders
If goods are lost or missing use your tracking number to track your order

Incorrect goods
If you receive incorrect or incomplete goods, please contact Customer service as soon as possible.

Returns Policy

Changed plans and had to cancel your trip? Ordered the wrong phone? We're travelers too so we fully understand.

ekit offers a 100% refund of the full value of the original transaction (excluding shipping costs) if the phone and/or SIM card is returned successfully to an ekit.com office unused with all components and original packaging within 7 days of the receipt of the package.

ekit also offers a warranty on defective phones and SIM cards, and will replace them if they become defective, and are reported to customer service as defective, within the warranty period. The warranty period varies from 30 days from purchase to 12 months from purchase depending on the model of the phone, and 90 days from purchase for SIM cards.

Finished with your phone? ekit offers a ten (US$10) dollar refund on used dual-band and refurbished phones and a twenty (US$20) dollar refund on all other used phones, if you return the phone successfully to a designated ekit.com office undamaged, in operational order with all original components and instruction manuals.

Return an Item

If an item you ordered from ekit does not meet your expectations or you do not need it any more, you can mail it back to us and we will process the return.

To return an item:

  1. Contact ekit Customer Service by phone or email within seven (7) working days from the date on which you received your package for a full refund, or within the warranty period of your model of phone for replacements, and let the Customer Service representative know you wish to return an item.
  2. You will be allocated a 'Return Number' by Customer Service – please return your package quoting this number. ekit reserves the right to not refund packages or provide replacements for items returned without the return number.
  3. Repack the product in its original packaging, along with all components, manuals, documentation and other accessories provided by the manufacturer, and including your name and return number. Place the packaged product in a protective outer box.
  4. Send the package to the address designated by the Customer Service Representative within 30 days of being allocated a Return Number for full refunds, or within 30 days of the end of the warranty period for replacements. eKit reserves the right to not refund packages or provide replacements for items returned outside these periods.
  5. After we receive and process your returned item, you will either receive credit or a replacement item. If a returned used item is found to be in working order, it will be sent back to you at no charge. Gift returns are credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. If you are approved for a refund, it will appear on your next credit card statement.

The return process can take 2 to 3 weeks.

ekit does not provide refunds of shipping costs or credit card charges for calling time that has been partially used. You will have to pay for the shipping of the return to the designated ekit.com office address in the United States, United Kingdom or Australia. ekit reserves the right to not refund packages or provide replacements for items that are incomplete or in a damaged condition.
